These terms explain the current website and the planned educational offer. Purchase-specific access, delivery, support and refund terms must be presented by the identified seller before a purchase is completed.

The educational offer
CheckApp AI teaches a method for identifying a need, building a useful solution with AI and reviewing the result. It covers content, websites, simple applications, automation and digital products. It is educational content, not an AI software subscription, employment arrangement or done-for-you service.
Plans, extras and prices
Essential is $25.90 USD and includes the complete core curriculum. Builder is $34.90 USD and adds guided projects, editable starters, portfolio materials and the Digital Product Blueprint. The $17.00 Builder recovery offer provides the same Builder access at a reduced price.
Optional packs are separate one-time purchases: Client Kit $26.90, Content Studio $17.90, Automation Lab $24.90 and Product Launch Kit $34.90, all in USD. Declining an extra does not remove core program benefits. Applicable taxes, currency conversion and any payment-provider charges should be disclosed by the checkout before payment.
Purchases, delivery and refunds
These public pages do not currently accept payment or grant member access. When enrollment opens, the checkout must identify the seller and display the actual deliverables, access duration, delivery method, support and refund terms. Do not treat viewing an offer page or the next-steps page as purchase confirmation.
No specific refund period, lifetime access, future updates or individual coaching is promised here. Any applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For a future transaction, review the purchase terms and keep the receipt.
Using the materials and third-party tools
You may use what you learn to create your own content and projects. Permission to redistribute or resell the educational files themselves is not granted by these pages; any material-specific license must be stated with the delivered resource. Respect the rights and licenses of third-party content, code and assets.
AI subscriptions, domains, hosting, platform accounts and integration fees are separate. Each provider has its own policies, limitations and charges. You are responsible for reviewing and testing the projects you choose to publish or offer to others.
Results and responsible use
AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review facts, calculations, functionality and permissions before relying on them. The program does not guarantee income, customers, audience growth or a successful product launch. Example projects and reviews labeled illustrative are not customer results or verified ratings.
Do not use these pages or materials to violate applicable law, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute harmful software or make deceptive claims.

CheckApp AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Meta, Instagram or other AI and social-media tool providers. References to their products describe possible applications, not a partnership.
